Mr. Dawodu has been working on auditing, accounting and financial matters in both public and private organization for over 40 years both in Great Britain and Nigeria.
He is a member of the following bodies:
- Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy England 1966.
- Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria 1990.
- Authorized Clerkship License of the Nigeria Stock Exchange 1996.
- Member of the Lagos State Public Accounts Committee 1990-1995.

She holds an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lagos State University. She also holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She was a serial prize winner of the ICAN exams, including a Presidential recognition by the President of Nigeria as the best overall outstanding result during her time. She was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society for distinguished academic performance during her MBA
